Aaron will be introducing some new LinkedIn features that are specifically designed to help employers identify current and former service members for vet preference in hiring. The class will teach vets how to get this designation and other tips for maximizing their profiles for job search success.
Aaron has worked in the Denver community for the last 5 years as an organizer for senators, congressmen, and various ballot initiatives. He recently joined LinkedIn as an advocate for job seekers to realize the power of LinkedIn. Aaron has a special emphasis on the veteran community, teaching TAP at Buckley AFB as well as providing personalized assistance to the VOA and other organizations for veterans in the Denver area.
This workshop will cover a number of useful techniques:
- Maximize your LinkedIn profile to get job offers.
- Include veteran’s designation on your profile to attract employers.
- Learn about free features available exclusively to vets.
